**Review for Las Iguanas Cribbs Causeway**  Overall, my experience at Las Iguanas Cribbs Causeway was very enjoyable! The food was delicious, and most of the staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the evening special, especially when they offered me a free dessert to celebrate my birthday. It was a lovely gesture that really added to the occasion.  However, there was a small hiccup with our seating. The table we were initially placed at wasn't great for my back, and I asked a waitress several times if we could move to a different spot. She repeatedly told us that the tables we wanted were reserved, but it didn’t seem like she really looked into it. After a few attempts, I asked the hostess instead, and she was incredibly helpful, quickly accommodating us at the table we preferred.  Despite this minor issue, the rest of the experience was wonderful, and I would still recommend Las Iguanas Cribbs Causeway for a great meal and a good time!

Lovely food and very good service. I had the taste of Mexico as I couldn't decide what to have and I really enjoyed it. Husband had the hot Brazilian curry but my taster chilli was hotter. We're used to spicy food.  Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and toilets.

Popped in, not been before, very impressed . Clean inviting atmosphere, waiter helped me choose off the lunch time menu. Two mains and two drinks less than £20. BargainFood: 5/5

The vibes, decoration and staff are amazing. The food is affordable and appropriate. It is tasty, but the guacemala was not that good . It stated better in other places. The chicken fajita was tasty, sour cream as well. The interior, lights,and music were superb.Food: 3/5

cocktails nice the food was good but the jerk half a chicken is not jerk atall it's sweet and tasty but it not jerk lol. but it's nice I would eat it again tho holloumi bites was amazing. onion rings was amazing too I had to ask for more cheese on my cheesy garlic bread as there wasn't much considering it was called cheesy garlic bread.. my issue was resolved. service was a little slow, but one member of staff was really helpful once she seen we hadn't been seen fair play to her for dealing with me I'm a complicated customer

It was a really weird experience to be honest. We booked a group of 7, and it started with them putting us on a table that has a metal rail around the entire bottom so...there's nowhere for your feet to go, really horrific design choice there. Then it moved in to forgetting one of our groups starters entirely, then the mains were late because they waited for him to finish his starter, then they forgot part of two of the mains, and then they closed the kitchen 40 minutes before actual closing time with no warning so we weren't able to order desserts. When paying they add on a 10% "service charge" by default, and the lady who gave us the bill then stood there behind us waiting for us to check the bill and complained about some of the other guests while she waited.  The food itself is nice enough, but the experience was just very lazy and uncaring.

Good food and the lunch meal deal was good value. I wanted to pay by card, and the machine tries to force you into leaving an excessive tip. The option to leave no tip is buried deep down in the Other section which is ridiculous - customers should not be forced to pay the staff extra and we need to avoid becoming like the US, especially seeing as we have a minimum wage in the UK. I felt pressured into paying more than I should have which is unfair.
