Perfectly located between North & Central Pier, faces the sea with great views. Food and staff are very good & 2-4-1 cocktails all day every day...you just can't resist to try more than one. Fabulous Latin American restaurant and the music is very soothing, makes you feel like you are away on holiday.

Sunday 1/4/18 @ 7.30pm 2 adults and 1 child Drinks order: Waited 20 minutes on our drinks order. Then my sons lemonade arrived flat Waited another 10 minutes for my wife’s Havana no7 to then be told they had no Havana no7 left, re ordered a vodka and coke only for the coke to be flat. Food order: After the nonsense with drinks we then tried to order food. 2 chicken fajitas no problem. Then my wife’s order - No steak, no chicken, no chicken wings so my wife ordered 3 tapas - we waited 20 minutes until our fajitas arrived and then after a further 10 minutes of waiting we asked the waitress when my wife’s tapas would be ready only to be told that they forgot to order them. SHOCKING, DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. Felt sorry for the young waitress who was utterly embarrassed and had tried her best to help. To top it all off when the bill arrived we were billed for the missing Havana club 7 and coke and the 3 invisible tapas meals. After 2 attempts of the manager trying to sort the bill we eventually got the correct bill. Worst £53.00 I’ve ever spent and the worst dining experience I can remember. Would never visit the restaurant chain again. If I could it would be a 0 out of 5.

A real shame. The food was good but the service was terrible. We had a 20 minute wait for a drinks to arrive - even the jug of water. Then no cutlery on the table until we went and asked. Our meal took over an hour and a quarter to arrive. Again I had to go and ask the waitress where our food was. I had asked for a rare steak but it came more medium-well but by this point I didn't have the energy to complain or wait for another one. There only seemed to be 2 waitresses on that night (about 4 runners though). What seemed like the manager came by our table and asked at one point how everything was - our reply of "we don't know yet we're still waiting" didn't prompt any response or investigation by him. That summed it up for me - food was pretty good but service was awful (I just don't think they could cope with a typical Friday night rush).

Good menu. Nice food at a fair price. A better selection of draught beers would help towards 5 stars. Service good but food came out of the kitchen slowly.

Great food, reasonable prices, friendly staff. If you subscribe to their email list there are often offers. Great selection of drinks. I've tried the vegan and vegetarian dishes, very well thought out.....very tasty too!
