Excellent customer service! When an item arrived having been damaged in transit, they dealt with this promptly, providing a replacement immediately. This was just a couple of days before Christmas when they were no doubt very busy. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.
Utterly brilliant shop. Very knowledgeable and polite owner. Great range of clothes and good prices. Highly recommended. This is a shop for LARP and re enactment purposes. Could have spent hours trying things on!
Nothing but transparency, honest and good selling from these guys. Not the widest variety of kit in the world, but what they do offer you are guaranteed to get unlike some other LARP sellers who shall remain nameless here. I always suggest players new and old come here for kit, I just wish they would bring back their fantastic starter kit bundles.

A fantastic place to visit for all things Larp. Very helpful staff and owner that offer plenty of advice, ideas and help. Love the selection of costumes, armour and assesories at good value prices. You can even get bespoke weapons from trusted craftsmen.

Just received one of their items, good craftsmanship and quality on the spear i've received, spoke with the owner of the business when inquiring as to delivery speed and they're very amicable over the phone, definitely ordering from here again.
Spot on. Made a scabbard for my reenactment sword and it's perfect. Very good price also. Customer service on point, proper chilled out and pleasant.
The shop is lovely, great selection of citadel paints, DND models etc. Went to buy a paint rack for my partner for Christmas and my partner also got citadel paints. I was very unhappy once I reached home with the paint rack as it doesn't fit citadel paints and I was not made aware of this when purchasing this paint rack I'm not very savvy when it comes to my partners hobby. As I have already opened this to build it up, my guess it that I won't get a refund also the guy never even gave me a receipt! When we first arrived, there was no workers around for about 10 minutes, and when the guy came in to serve me in the end, his attitude wasn't great, he looked quite grumpy/miserable. Not great customer service. Don't think I'll be a returning customer for a while.
