My husband and I have had first class treatment at Largs.nDoctors, nurses and receptionists all very friendly and efficient.nWith my health condition if I have an infection I have to see a Doctor straight away.nI have always been given an appointmentnSame day when needed.nNot easy when Doctors are so busy.nCan’t thank them all enough for theirnFantastic care.
Needed to get an appointment on a Monday morning, and called a few minutes after the phonelines where opened, but the lines were completely blocked and busy. Decided to then wait approximately 20 minutes before I called again, and got through no problem and managed to get an appointment the same afternoon. Very smooth and painless apart from my medical issue.
Great doctors. Fast efficient service. Spoken to with respect and courtesy. Superb
After short 4 mins wait in the phone queue I spoke to a really helpful and nice receptionist who got me a appointment for 2 days ahead. Whole process was quick, efficient and friendly so thank you Brooksby and NHS!.
Very disappointing compared to tje quality and professionalism we had received from our previous practice before moving to Largs.
