Doesn't actually go to Millport and when buying ticket you are not told this. Ferry lands on the north east cost and you then have to catch a bus into Millport. It's only £4 return but they should make that clear when buying the ticket.nHowever at Millport we hired bikes and toured the island anticlockwise. The roads are generally flat. Took us around 2.5 hrs with a few stops to take in the scenery.nThere's a caffee/resturant on the west cost just before you head back into Millport. It closes at 3pm though.
A Treasure of Scotland the back bone of society, they are salt of the Earth, meeting greeting and the forefront of all nations Scottish hospitality at its very best .

A ferry terminal that is both interesting and provides an excellent service. I found the counter staff to be particularly friendly and warm. Please feel free to talk to them if you have any questions, even if there is a big queue behind you. They will take the time to give all the information you need. The staff outside are equally helpful and will always give a smile and have a chat, even if under pressure of tumultuous crowds attempting to board. Say hello. They are a credit to CalMac
Standard terminal. Staff excellent and extremely helpfull!
