Finding this company via their ebay site was a truly delightful discovery? I purchased a Dell XPS PC from them and at my request they very kindly changed one of the internal components. The PC was shipped extremely promptly and arrived ahead of schedule and was in perfect condition. The MD, Dan Howard, helped me out with a query despite being on leave and overall the customer care is exemplary. I would most certainly recommend this company. To any future would be purchasers, I would offer reassurance that they are in good hands with Lapodo.

Bought Dell precision M6700 laptop from Lapodo to use for a Games Design course for University. Laptop has been working excellently since buying it 2 years ago and extremely satisfied. Had an technical issue last week and with lapodo's support (Dan). Had technician out at home couple days later and all repaired back up and running. After Sales service was hugely welcomed wouldn't hesitate to buy from lapped or recommend.

Very positive company. Easy to communicate with and very willing to address issues if they come up. Pleasant staff with fast shipping. Bought laptop and was here the next day - can't ask for more than that. Would use again.
