What a find! Wish this place was near to home as the food was outstanding and all the staff were efficient and friendly. Spent 12 days in Cornwall, eating out every day but on our visit to Plymouth, this was by far the best value for money, gorgeous decor and most delicious of meals than any other restaurant.
Lovley food hot and very tasty great service
Gorgeous food. It would be awesome if they could introduce a few vegan and vegetarian options. They've made up a vegetarian dish for my partner each time we've gone but she would have a vegan option if there was one.
An excellent, reasonably priced restaurant. There are slightly cheaper alternatives, but The Lanterns offers excellently cooked food, with good portion sizes. Service is friendly but not intrusive, and there is a comfortable ambience. Fully recommended.
Loved it here. staff were welcoming and more then happy to help! Food was lovely. Came out really hot and didnt have to wait very long! Definitely try the roasts.
First visit to the Lanterns Restaurant today. I had a steak meal with my dad and it was absolutely lovely! The steak was cooked very well to perfection and everything else was spot on too including the chips, peas, onion rings, mushrooms etc. Definitely recommend this place. Great service and Staff.
Best porter house i've every had, cooked to perfection. Visited with group of 6 of us and everyone was extremely satisfied. Lovely decor, professionally run, great service.
