Couldn’t be happier having recently placed my mum nearer to me at Lanswood. Safe and comfortable surroundings giving her peace of mind, but the main draw was the quality of the build and attention to detail you don't get with other house builders. True quality shows in the entire development and negotiating was simple with the hands on management team guiding and advising us through the entire process. Thank you all.
I was a tenant in a Lanswood property and I just have to commend the team on their friendly professionalism. Josh, Jonathan and Eric always responded promptly and with patience to any queries or concerns I might have had. For example, when the water heater packed up, they got on top of it immediately and arranged a day and time convenient to me to have it replaced. I can't stress enough what a pleasure it was to interact with them.

Been meaning to post a review for ages and finally thought it time to compliment Lanswood. We went through the purchase of our dream home over a year ago, and have had excellent customer service ever since. The design and build of the houses at Chattowood is far superior to any other builders plots in Elmstead, and the landscaping planted by Beth Chatto Gardens is amazing. It’s a very spacious site which is very rare on new build estates, and it is constantly maintained by the gardeners. Any questions or queries we have had have always been addressed straight away by Charlie and the team…cannot fault them at all. We would 100% have no hesitation in recommending Lanswood/Chattowood, and can’t wait for the Dog Walk area to be completed.
