Nice place to visit plants a bit pricey but no more than any big garden centre .Good selection of more unusual varieties .Some half price plants good value ! Very nice indoor home bits and bobs and indoor pots /plants ,outdoor pots good price too .Food was lovely served alcohol in cafe !
Lovely garden centre and the Greenhouse cafe is fabulous along with the lovely staff. Dogs are very welcome inside and out and given a bowl of water.
Higher price lunch, but definitely worth it, and the garden centre is very lovely. We visit every so often, their Christmas section is excellent as well as their normal/general seasonal stuff. Top garden centre!
Really lovely garden centre with a good selection of plants! The Cafe was really reasonable and the food was all freshly made. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and can't wait to visit again soon!
Very disappointed. Overpriced in all departments and rude staff. My wife bought a BRIO train for my son, which was incorrectly priced on the shelf, which left her in the difficult position of either spending £10 more than she planned or having a very upset child to console as the staff were unwilling to accept it as their fault. To add to insult she then had to return as it was faulty. She was made to feel an inconvenience, rudely spoken to when she changed her mind about buying some overpriced plants, and kept waiting 20mins while staff messed around at the tills failing to process the refund. We tried to shop local but shall not be going again.
Loved this place...food in the Cafe was a bit expensive but well worth it.the garden centre had practically everything.
Great experience this Saturday 18th/05, it was our first time here and everything was spot on to say the least. We arrived just after mid-day and were given menu's and shown to a table of our choice we opted for outside as it was quite warm. Once ordered, the food did not take long to come along with the drinks. The portion sizes were generous and everything was fresh. Genuinely, what impressed us most was the staff. The service was exceptional! Nothing was too much and everyone wore a smile which was really nice to see. Will definitely be coming back and telling everyone!! All in all a great atmosphere, good food and a lovely team. Thank you for a nice afternoon with my dad.
Not my first time here, but I must say a much improved experience! Lovely healthy plants, and reasonably priced. The little shops are nice. Cafe looks much better, very busy, had to queue to order food, but my, it came so quickly, and very tasty too. I will definitely be back. Well done!! :
Very well organised. Nice garden centre. All the usual stuff. The staff are very helpful and friendly
Nice food, good prices. But the highlight is that the staff genuinely cared that we enjoyed our meal - a rarity these days! They were friendly to our dog too - bought him a bowl of water and gave him a fuss
