This is a worst gp practice the took more than one hour to put me on hold to answer the phone after I get 4:50 pm appointment but no one call me this is a really shame for all gp practice. They have no feelings for any one. Lannat
I tried to a book a blood test online, I have forgotten the password and input my email to send a link to reset. I have tried this on the website and I did not receive any link to resetl. I rang Langthorne Health Centre the person on the phone was useless saying it has nothing to do with them , I will have to come in the book the appointment ! How appalling so , I can't book online and if I go to the centre there is no guarantee I will get a slot for the day !!!! I work full time ! Absolutely appalling service, when did this simple service became so bad for us the general public !!! disgraceful ! Absolutely disgraceful !!!!
Referred here by my GP for a blood test, online booking system easy to use and reminder emails and texts received. Seen well before my appointment time, staff efficient and self check in straight forward. The one improvement I would suggest is for self check in to have the option of changing the language as another patient struggled to check in as he was unable to read English. If this option already exists it needs to be made more easily identifiable!
I went for a blood test before and this service was amazing. This time the lady I spoke with was rude and did not want to even hear why I was a walk in. I understand there is not always room but she was so rude and uncaring and I suggest if your job makes you like this then think about changing it.
"Your form is not important and there are other sick people here" Absolutely terrible experience with Lorraine Rodwell on reception. After my wife went in with my 18 month old daughter to collect a referral form we had been waiting over 3 months for, she was told the form is not there. Despite our attempts to explain that her colleague confirmed that morning that the form is ready and will be left out. Unfortunately she remained very cold and unhelpful - even telling my wife that the form is not important and there are other sick people here. This reception desk has been very cold, rude and unprofessional for years. Understand this may be a stressful job but there is never an excuse for disrespect. Please sort this out.
WORST DOCTORS SURGERY IN LONDON. Receptionist was rude and advised my elderly uncle 'not my problem' and ' I don't care' worst attitude i have experienced. Wouldn't even give her name as she knew her attitude was rude and abusive. Declined to give the clients medical records as was his legal right and stated 'its not my problem. Please do not register here or take any of your family members here, the service is appalling. I will be escalating this complaint to the GMC and CQC.
The staff where I got my blood drawn were lovely. They were very busy, but were friendly and very skilled. The nurse Linds was brilliant . I left letting them know how much I appreciated their awesome work when so busy.
I called earlier in the week around Tuesday 14 June requesting a doctors telephonic consultation and it was booked for Friday the last weekday for 4.50pm. At 4.55 pm I called SHARMA FAMILY PRACTICE asking when I will be called as it is past 4.50. After many unsuccessful attempts and the phone ringing many times and nobody answering, I finally got hold of a receptionist who told me that the doctor is busy on another line and will call me as soon as he is finished. It is now 5:33pm and I have not recieved one call. I have been trying to call the pharmacy but it’s ringing constantly and nobody is picking up. According to google, the pharmacy closing time is 5:30pm. So now I have to wait until Monday to actually try to get hold of them and book an appointment which I know I will have to wait many more days for. Extremely disappointed with the horrendous service. Despite the negative experience I was called by my general practitioner the same day and my problem was solved
Extremely rude receptionists with no shame especially the young south asian lady which refused to give her name
Woman at reception was unsympathetic and unhelpful. I wanted to reschedule my blood test as I knew I'd be 20 minutes late, the website said I should contact the clinic directly to let them know but the lady on reception was dismissive and said there was nothing she could do. It didn't even seem like she was trying or cared, very unfriendly service.
