A modern mumbles b&b in the heart of Mumbles. We are a 4 star Mumbles bed and breakfast overlooking Underhill park. We have free Wifi, air conditioning in superior rooms and flat screen TV's in all rooms. A mumbles guesthouse with facilities to rival any mumbles hotel!!

Wonderful place to stay.  Immaculate rooms.  100% cleanliness.  Hosts David and Giles are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble!  Located near to Mumbles, Rotherslade and Langland Bay, walking distance.  Shops and restaurants easily accessible in Newton Road and Mumbles full of atmosphere, the sea, shops, bars and restaurants, great fun.  Highly recommend staying at Langland Road!!  Rooms: Immaculate!!  Nearby activities: Excellent.  Lots of shops, bars and restaurants.  Coast.  Walkability: 10 minutes walk to Mumbles.  20 minutes walk to Langland Bay.  Food & drinks: At Langland fresh milk provided as well as yoghurt, baby bel, bananas. Cereals.  Biscuits.  Great breakfast.

What a lovely place langlands b&b .Breakfast fab plenty of choice cold and hot options too ..the hosts david and Giles amazing very welcoming ..immaculate spotless plenty of information . Good location ..car park across rd excellent prices 4 pound for 24 hrs ..room spacious bed and pillows so comfy ..tea coffee hot choc bottled water  in room .. Will definitely  be back  soon thank you langlands ...Chris n John room 5... would highly recommend  langlands..  Rooms: Bed and pillows comfy room spacious room  .. fab tea coffee etc in room  everything you needed was their..  Nearby activities: Pier mumbles local 15 min walk ..langlands caswell Bay all in distance 10 min drive..plus coastal walk ..  Safety: Car in open car park no issues .b&b secure own door and room keys to come and go . Area was fab to walk around too..  Walkability: All within 5 to 15 min from b& great spot to stay. Bistros Pierrepont great food  plus many other choices to eat on main strip found little cocktail  bar fika worth a vist very accomadating..  Food & drinks: Plenty  of coffee houses  ...ate at pirre bistros good food lot

Stayed for just one night in this lovely, welcoming B&B. We enjoyed watching Notting Hill from their DVD selection in our cosy room! The bathroom was huge!! We also really enjoyed the full english breakfast - so delicious. Thank you so much. xRooms: 5/5

Over night stay.... PERFECT sleep & what a treat of a breakfast...  Arrived for A family catch up over the jubilee...  This is a fantastic B and B. In past trips its always been fully booked. So this holiday we was delighted to get the opportunity to stay  Room5 Was at the top of the house... Graceful decoration. Bed was very comfy and linens highest quality... so Our sleep was deep and restful. Ensuite shower room & toilet was modern  Impeccably clean right the way through.  The breakfast ingredients all highest quality.... delightful... we've been keeping to Meatless May...so it was a heavenly treat to get a tasty breakfast to indulge in, by the way... there's a veggie option.  It's close to everything in Mumbles...  I'd rebook The B & B on any forthcoming trips for sure, we vacation in the Mumbles area 2 to 3 times a year. So yes recommending on trip advisor. We always use trip advisor and google to help us book trips away... accommodation & restaurant etc.  ENJOY you will  By the way... I'm fussy... this ticks all the boxes

Excellent property in a lovely place, very comfortable and spacious room, was extremely easy to check in and all information was given, welcoming pack in room which gives maps and restaurant menus for the local area. Hosts were lovely and very accommodating, you have a key for both your room and front door so can come and go as you please , breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices and full breakfast cooked fresh and good quality.would definitely go back.

I absolutely love staying at Langland Road B&B. The owner Giles does everything he can to look after you 'from a safe distance ' obviously.  The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. I will not stay anywhere else when I am in the area. The breakfast is also outstanding. So glad I found the place, I now stay there as often as I can when he has room available. I really look forward to going there, now you don't get that at every B&B, well done Giles  should be 6 Stars ******

A great little B&B. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The staff were very friendly. The property itself was very accessible, with free street parking nearby. Breakfast was good. We had no complaints, and enjoyed our stay.

- This is a very nice, and convenient B&B both to visit the mumbles and the Swansea city centre. - There are confortable beds, and very nice large shower rooms. - Good breakfast with fersh fruits, cerealst, eggs, bacon, etc. - The parking can be a little bit difficult at tiemes, but between 4PM and 10AM it is much easier an free. - The owners are very friendly.
