Absolute terrible letting agents the worst you can get get. If I could give a minus score I would, rented a property off them for nearly 4 years. Rent was payed up to date until we starting having problems needed repairs done and guess what nothing ever happened. I got the same excuse every time someone will be out, we will send it to the landlord. We had damp in the porch from moving in windows cracked in the back room which was wrote down on viewing and told it would be replaced and nothing ever did, two holes in the roof which never got fixed light fixing that were so old and corroded that they wouldn’t hold a light bulb. The list is endless and nothing ever got done all they are after is the money and not doing any repairs. Avoid at all costs!
No interest in helping, staff tell lies and slip up on what they’ve said, never get back to you. Will never deal with these again, I would rather struggle than use this firm. Avoid
If i could give a minus score i would, live next door to a property they are letting agent for, young family cant get repairs done,fence blew down during November storm, still waiting for repair, staff lie saying quotes for repair were in.....they were not, and when i have contacted them myself to enquire about completion of repair i was lied to they gave dates for repair to start and still waiting, total shambles of a company
They are lovely people working there they sorted straight away my renting place at this point was a nice experience!!!
Dont rent a property they dont get repairs done and when they send the same repair men for every job that they dont fix its disappointing and hard especially when you have young children
Got the house we were looking for
Total waste of time
Rubbish. Completely unhelpful and incompetent. One star is generous!
