They are saying lie and they just looking after money. even their place is dirty and equipments are old but at least the owner has finger to write lies and give answer. They must be shame because they are not helpful at all and they just let you to be in pain. This is the most ugly thing I have seen in UK , cooperation between NHS and Dentists to get rid of patients and don't being helpful and save money and earn money.
So lanehouse gave me a filling last year wich I'm now getting pain with and the can't see me on NHS but will happily see me if a pay £50.. your work should be looked after by you
Called for an emergency appointment this morning, was in straightaway. The whole team was very friendly and efficient, and now due to quick and efficient treatment I am out of pain!
I went here for emergency treatment, during the midst of the pandemic, for a broken filling after I'd moved home and had no permanent dentist. I was highly impressed with the treatment and the tooth front you couldnt tell was filled when I looked in the mirror. Based on that experience, I decided to sign on the waiting list to register. I eventuaslly got signed up and went for a checkup and some fillings. I also went back, recently, for the airflow polishing. The treatment was amazing and my teeth were so clean and shiny afterwards. I felt at ease with the dentist and I humming along to the radio.
Visited this dentist in emergency. They looked at my tooth and I was told that there was a risk to pulling it. I was advised it could be better to try antibiotics and to call back for another appointment if no better. The idea being that I would try having the tooth pulled when it reached this point. Which the dentist at the time implied was fine. Therefore, I went out with a prescription. Went and paid for the medicines, took the antibiotics and a week later it was no better. Later on I’ve actually been told that the antibiotics probably weren’t strong enough anyhow to have any real effect if there was an infection causing pain and to call the dentist back. Either way, I was going to call the dentist back and I did still under the impression that I would be treated. The person on the phone outright treating me like a liar. She from the outset was abrupt and very rude. I was told that I refused treatment which I did not, if you recall I took the antibiotics and then told the notes of the appointment indicated such, these notes were totally different to my recollection of the appointment. Meanwhile I am in pain and they are unwilling to help me. Shame on them. Despite being on the list that NHS 111 give to call for such things. Which the person on the phone was very dismissive about and was rude about that too. I do not like being told I am a liar either I was clearly in distress and was in pain. No one should have to put up with this. Avoid this dentist. Not only liars but rude and not understanding of people with learning disabilities or autism. Even the people I have since spoken to about this issue indicate this behaviour does not surprise them from this dentists practice. If you do have the misfortune of attending this place, record your appointment informing the dentist of why first, in case they decide to twist things later, accuse you of lying and leave you in not only pain but upset too.
Plucked up the courage after many years to finally go to the dentist and chose this one on recommendation. First two visits were very good and the staff were all fantastic. Anyway, today was the big day for treatment and I must admit I’ve been nervous all day as I awaited my appointment time ! But the whole thing was over in under 30 mins and I must admit I feel a little ashamed and embarrassed at not being brave enough to visit all these years. I can’t praise all the staff and especially Dr Sangha for the professional and friendly way they’ve treated me from the very first time I set foot in the door 4-5 weeks back. Thank you all very much for everything and if there is anybody who is out there who is in the same position I was then please don’t hesitate to ring this practice
Today I visited my dentist and for the first time in a very long time I didn't get stressed. I had two fillings and I didn't know I'd even had an injection to numb my mouth .I can not praise my new dentist .

Lucky day, straight in with chipped filling, replaced after 10 min wait. Even got parked outside surgery. Thanks
