I ordered 9 tonnes of topsoil but turned out I needed 12. Mark from landscape depot got in a truck and drove the extra 3 tonnes out to me himself as the driver was out. Got it to me in less than an hour when I really needed it. Now that's what I call service, especially for a first time customer!

Did everything over the phone. Delivery driver arrived at 8am so it gave me the full day to get the job done. Product was exactly as described. Cant ask for much more than that.
