Chose this place as a last minute kind of thing and it was a brilliant choice. FOR THE KIDS; A massive soft play castle, set on multiple levels with a small football/basketball area on top and various slides-ladders-tunnels-cargo nets to have mischief on. There is also a toddlers play area which is actually suitable for toddlers unlike most places. Off to the side is an oval for the gokarts which is fun. Finally there is a small selection of kiddies coin operated rides and something called a Hurricane Simulator which was out of service when we went. FOR THE ADULTS; Ample seating and a reasonably priced menu with simple food but crucially good food. There is the option to open a tab just in case the little ones get picky...last but not least..coffee, not instant. Real coffee, nice to boot. Well recommended good afternoon out for all the family
If u want a true review then read this we travel around many places like these. The main frame is of medium size N toddler area is quite reasonable extras for the go karts so bring ya £1 coins or two overall fair price’s both food n play. Service a little lacking I mean they gave our food to somebody else and half hour later after asking admitted this was there mistake fair play to em - it’s clearly an average place and average prices
Great play area and loads of space. Reasonable price. Parking a bit limited
One of the better soft play centres in the area and better value than others nearby. There is a good sized toddler area with a climbing frame, slide and ball pit as well as some toys for younger ones. The area for older children was a good size with a massive slide. They were happy for more adventurous toddlers to be supervised in the main area which was great for us. The place was not too busy even on a Saturday morning and there were a range of reasonably priced food options. We would definitely go again.
This ain't the most modern place centre but the actually climbing bit is so much better than some of the newer places I've been to. The staff are great, not arrogant or rude compared to some others. They have a super little race track where it's a pound to ride a car with your little one. Lasts a few mins. The baby and toddler section is awesome. Adults are free which is brilliant. Doesn't get too busy as well.
Despite some of its downfall that have been stated it is a great place children to burn of some steam. It can be difficulty parking but so can anywhere else when you can have 200/300 people attending on a busy day. the food is great but it can also be not the best it depends on the day if they have had 200+ people on the day then some food may not be available for obvious reasons. The play frames are good if a little on the small side although with the electric go-karts certainly make up for this. ALL the staff are wonderful and are happy to accommodate all customers to the best of there ability. it is a definite hit with my little brother and a place I thoroughly recommend to anyone.
I've been going to land of play of years and never had a bad experience. Staff are always really nice, and most importantly, all kids that do go there don't appear to be feral like you sometimes find in other soft plays probably down to demographics. So enjoyable experience as a parent and kids always happy.
I take my 9 month old here regularly. The toddler play area is good & my little boy loves it. They only charged a pound for him, which is brilliant when you're stuck for something to do. Food is expensive but the coffee is good & they have the Ikea high chairs which make feeding easier!
It’s ok here. Could do with a good clean, the lighting is awful it’s a shade of yellow seldom seen, it feels like it’s about to thunder! Staff are nice and friendly and the coffee is good... however it’s on par in price with others locally that do offer a much better experience. Go karts weren’t working and neither was one of the pound machines. Still had to pay full price for a limited set. My 4 yr old is the barometer of these places and he wanted to leave after about 30 mins... Don’t think We will be going back....
I prefer this to many other indoor play centres. Reasonably priced for entry as only pay for children. However food and drink expensive for what it is. Appears clean and facilities good. Like the separate toddler bit. Staff usually friendly but some.seem.toung and awkward, may need training in confidence building. No.descreet place to breastfeed which would be helpful
