Left my X Neopolitan mastiff  here for 5 days while I went away to get married, she was well cared for, having her own bungalow  and kids size bed and tv. I felt at ease knowing my  Furbaby was in good hands, will be using this place more often  x

First time using Lanchester Pet Resort and first time leaving my three dogs Polly, Winnie and Basil and I would highly recommend the resort! They've come home clean, healthy and happy as Larry- it's like we never left them! I will 100% use the resort again and I can't thank the staff enough for looking after them so well.

We have been taking our dogs to the pet resort for quite a few years now & we are always very happy with the excellent care & attention they receive.

We’ve used these guys a few times now and can hand on heart say they’re the best kennels we’ve ever used. They’re a 45 minute drive for us, passing two other very good kennels on the way, but we feel Lanchester Pet Resort is worth the drive. We’ve used various kennels for over 10 years and our dogs are resilient and used to visiting a couple of times a year. The extra care, the off-leash playtime, the rooms with outdoor runs make this place a cut above the rest. One of our dogs is very young and friendly the other is less confident and also elderly. Both of their needs are met and they both come home happy and calm after every visit. The ladies who run it are great to deal with too.

Our Basset hounds Bertie and Woody absolutely love staying here. They always get looked after brilliantly and come back happy and in great condition. It’s like their own little holiday while we are away. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given.

First time that we have used boarding kennels as we have only had our dog Rolo since last November. we were a little apprehensive at first of leaving him, but it was necessary as we always holiday abroad. we received daily photos of him from Christine and when we returned he seemed happy, healthy and well cared for. I certainly plan to use their services again in the future.

We are so pleased with the way our dogs were looked after during their recent stay. They are usually quite anxious dogs when meeting new people but they both went off with their new best friend without even a look back. When I returned for them a couple of days later they were over the moon to see me but also went back for goodbye cuddles before getting back in the car looking happy and relaxed. I think that says it all.

What a wonderful place to leave your pets. Our two schnauzers, Isla and Mac had a lovely stay in September. Thank you again Christine and your very attentive staff for looking after them so well. We will be back!!

We have been  searching for place for our beloved dog to stay when we go on holidays, we put holidays off for a while as we were worried about leaving him. We found Christine and team after recommendation and we are so pleased we did. What a loving and friendly place for our man to stay ! They looked after him superbly and kept us informed of his well being . Fonzie and us are already looking forward to his next visit !  Thank you for being fantastic
