Doctor put on notes I need to see him again in 3 weeks, tried to make an appointment and they said they'd get back to me. Rang 3 more times and told the same, now out of meds and still no appointment!!nTurns out they do month ahead bookings here ONLY,don't get ill or you may die!!
Booked an appointment online to visit this surgery for the first time and couldn’t fault it. Nurse Practitioner I saw was really helpful, she went above and beyond
Dr Harrison and the team at Owen Road branch are fantastic, I can't fault the care I've been receiving. The service in general is much improved since they have sorted out the phone lines. I am very happy LMP is my doctors.
Useless service. Poor communication and terrible prescription service. They have made so many errors that have cost me a lot of money. Would rate 0* if I could. Very unhelpful and rude on the phone.
Got told I had a TB-pos test around October 2021 and at the same time had a cough that would last 3 weeks and disappear for a month then return. They took up until March to ask for spit samples then didn't give me the results/call back/appointment til mid-May to tell me it was Latent. I now have to be on medication for 3 months to stop it progressing to activewhich is normal but coulda given it earlier and they've also completely disregarded my repeated cough- the practice really needs to sort it's staff out in terms of administration.
