Outstanding. The team were absolutely amazing here. Pam in particular was so helpful to get my issue resolved. Sean and another team member was also extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly to me regarding the issue I had. I would thoroughly recommend this garage.
I have to give out a big shout out to one of the employees called Pam that helped me through out my journey. I had a complicated job and she went through the long process and helped me fight my corner against insurance that wanted to scam me. Which is why I’ll forever be grateful for Pamela and VW Loughton.
These guys are absolute legends. I had my Audi e-tron fixed by their body shop. While awaiting the stair parts they were emailing me weekly updates and even send my pics of my car during repairs. When I had any questions they always replied swiftly and were always super friendly and helpful. When they returned the car it looked absolutely perfect - Berger than new. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone! They have been absolutely fantastic and the service they have provided has been outstanding. I had an accident around 5 weeks ago, and my insurance allowed me to use any garage of my choice. I’m so pleased that I chose these guys. Andrada, Pamela and Vlad have always been in communication with me, making me feel at ease. They are a credit to the company!! The work done on my car looks as if the car is brand new! I have used this site before, few years ago and, upon my return I wasn’t disappointed with the A* service and quality I received, again!! Highly recommend using this site for body work repair! Chris GM, Pamela and Wilson always made me feel welcomed and took care of any concerns I had or question regardless how small or big. Pamela was amazing when I had a problem with my Audi, She made sure I was well looked after by her amazing customer service. She was attentive, reassuring, friendly, helpful and communication was 11/10 Stewart completed the repair for me and was great
These guys replaced one of my door panels due to it being dented. They kept me updated every few days with the progress. Slight delay due to parts arriving but otherwise the finished work is great. They also did a couple of paintless dent removals which came out perfectly. The car was handed back to me in a professional manner, nice and clean. I dealt mainly with Andrada and Pam, thank you for your help.
Personally it wasn’t my car being seen but it was my partners. They did a great job of a small mishap the weekend before. Quotes in very quick, then in the workshop and back out all in a few days. I must note this was. BMW model as well which isn’t their speciality. The staff were very helpful as well.
Tony was absolutely amazing, from setting up deadline and expectations to customer service and of course a very good repair on the car, even gave me a touch up paint and a person just very good guy! If any issues or if anyone requires some repairs I will certainly drive them there!
