I have waited a long time to own my own Land Rover Sport and with the fabulous support from the Sales Staff, and particularly Tony Richards, I now have one.  The team could not have been more helpful in spite of the 98 mile distance to Birmingham.  On the day of collect I was treated like royalty; thank you.

Professional friendly service achieved with work performed accurately, as specified.

Got brand new Range Rover Evoque, but it broke down within 5 working days..... And when ask Executive who sold car to deal with it, he refused to meet us and deal with this matter. Very Awful customer service and brand new car getting break down.  Don't trust these cons.......

Richard was fantastic and he handed me over to Ryan. Young lad who was great. I had a few isdues that were quickly resolved my fault not theirs. I was in at 0800 and l was driving home by 0940. Great coffee and all staff very friendly. Being the home of Jaguar landrover this is the reason I drove there to purchase a car.

Love my new Velar. Fran was extremely knowledgable and patient when helping us to choose our new car. He was also a great help when we had to chase the delivery date and nothing was too much trouble. Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the handover.

Need to improve your booking system but otherwise very pleased with service levels
