When here for breakfast this morning, The food was good but the lady who was in charge was verry rude towards the staff in training. I feel a bit more encouragement rather than bossing the saff about and telling them they are making a mess of everything everything would work much better.
Had their cheese and onion pie which was a special.. nice and homely.
Food was shocking. Coffee was like dish water, spent half their time on their phones. Hand wernt clean, dirty finger nails. Won't be going again.

Service is so bad I waited 20 minutes and no one came to serve me the café wasn't busy there was only 5 customers in it and one member of staff started playing with his hair at counter.
Very nice. Will definitely come again. Bought a portion of your plate meat pie to takeaway for my tea. If I like will definitely return for more. Will return anyway I like your coffee. Many thanks Catherine 51xx.
Microwaved frozen food, out of date, ridiculously expensive. Manager is incredibly rude to her staff saw her make one of the girls cry. Obviously hires young girls as they are much cheaper and it reflects in the service. So many better places in Accrington than this. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.
Doesnt pay workers
Good food etc not overpriced well worth a visit
Nice and good value for your money. Service was excellent. We would recommend it
