Used this service for many years. Have had a problem with moss which came to a head last April. Told the rep that I wasn't happy and he said that I hadn't opted for the "extra moss treatment" then blamed the tree shade. When I pointed out that there was moss where no tree shade existed, he said it would be better if his boss came round as he "had much more experience" and we left it at that. After phoning several times I received an answer phone message which gave a mobile number. Phoned that and spoke to a very rude and aggressive person who told me that it was my fault that I hadn't had the lawn scarified! Apparently the moss treatment doesn't work unless this is done, yet he had been quite happy for several years to apply said treatment and take the money. This conversation took place three months after his rep had indicated that his boss would come round. The boss (presumably the guy I was on the phone with today) admitted that he didn't have the courtesy to come round and explain, as "its the same every year, you complain about the moss". He then put the phone down on me. Seems a strange way to do business and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Would recommend Lancashire Lawncare to everyone. Customer care spot on & a very friendly manner about all of them. Am delighted with my lawn - THANK YOU!

Superb customer service. Treatments are worth every penny. Much better than do it yourself, and almost as cheap. I live in Chorley and mother in Lytham and both lawns look superb this year, despite the weather. Definately get a quote from Lancashire Lawncare.
