Beautiful woodland with a lot of accessible walks. Perfect for a day out with children and dogs. There are several picnic areas at different spots around the forest. Paths are well maintained.
Lovely wooded walk with good paths and clear signposts. Two walks of different lengths or combine both. Interesting things to see of historic nature, faithful dogs grave fairy doors pond and seated areas. Lots of dog bins and good parking areas
Really lovely place and will go back again and definitely recommend also great place to walk the dog.
Lovely wee forest walk. Nice and easy. Smashin on a nice day. Lots of stops and some really high quality undamaged picnic areas. V impressed.
Excellent footpaths for all abilities.
The car park itself is fairly basic, but it's from here that you access the walks around Aldie Burn. Great walks in lovely woodland surroundings
Beautiful place, peaceful, quiet, and a joy to visit, loads of parking but never many people around, just watch out for all the dog s**t!!
