We are so happy to have selected the Circular Hall for our wedding last year, the space is gorgeous and photographs beautifully. I worked with Marie as our event coordinator, and she was fantastic. She was professional and warm and helped me with the many many questions and requests I had in planning the ceremony. They were able to accomodate a string quartet as well as tables for food, decoration, and drinks for a brief reception after the ceremony. Wonderful wedding venue and staff!
Definitely get married here in the Circular Hall. Photos here are from before it was set up with chairs for guests. The stained glass is beautiful and original to the 1908 building. The marble floor is even more eye-catching in person. All of the staff were lovely, from the events team, the venues staff, the receptionists and the registrars. This is an iconic venue in the heart of Brixton and I cannot recommend it enough as a venue.
Lambeth Town Hall is a beautiful place to be married in Brixton. As a wedding photographer I'd highly recommend it for registry office weddings in London. There are a choice of rooms for ceremonies and celebrations. The circular hall is the standout. Very close to Brixton tube and transport links, you can twin it with a walkabout in Brixton for some fab photographs. There's outdoor space in the courtyard for your guests and it's a brilliantly well run and friendly space. I love photographing weddings here.
Lambeth Council, you are an absolute disgrace. Please concentrate on core services, instead of grandiose projects and social justice warrior vacuous exercises.nFootpaths are leaf strewn, road gutter drains are blocked, and road surfaces are poor. Yet you spend money on LTN cameras and street parklets.n3 months, my surrounding paths have been in this condition.
Do it!! If you’re contemplating marrying at Lambeth town hall, book it now! From wonderful, warm and caring staff to a beautiful view! Foliage looks beautiful and they let us go back in for photo and we’re so kind and helpful. Photos taken by @johnpaytonphotography
