Disappointing experience. Called to book in my car for a diagnostic as the clutch has been sticking when in traffic. Dropped it in first thing and explained that I’d taken it into a garage several weeks prior and nothing obvious would found on general inspection but that the problem was now getting a lot more frequent. I called for an update at 1610 for an update and was told that they hadn’t looked at it yet. I turned up at 1730 at was told that they hadn’t had time to drive it or even properly warm it up and had just stuck some lubricant on the clutch pedal. Needless to say I told them that this wasn’t going to fix the problem - I was just told by the mechanic that he’d speak to someone to see if there are any known problems with the Yeti and he would call me back tomorrow. I have heard nothing and unsurprisingly I’m still having the same problem. I understand if you’re busy but if you haven’t time to look at something properly then don’t agree to do it as it’s a complete waste of a customer’s time.

A very honest garage who's integrity is worn it's sleeve. A pleasure to be a customer, I trust these guys completely....and I don't trust people easily. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else and I cannot recommend Lambert St highly enough.
