I recently had physiotherapy from Dennis for my frozen shoulder.
Dennis measured my ranges of movements in different directions, noted them then showed me various exercises and gave me numerous tips. Over the coming weeks I noticed improvements and Dennis always pushed me to do more, which was very motivational.
