Clean and cozy Indian restaurant. Wide menu and reasonably priced. Staff not really polite and professional. Booked a table and the restaurant was empty, as more costumers came they seated them right next to us even tho the whole restaurant was empty. Food tasty but pilau rice very dry and without flavour.

Lal Akash is a simple Indian restaurant that also provides a takeaway service. During my visit there was no alcohol served they were not licensed but customers are welcome to bring their own.
Good selection of Indian food well priced. Good social distancing. On line booking.
Normally our 'go to' Indian restaurant but this time didn't seem to be up to their normally great standard. Spicy dishes not very spicy, portions seemed to be a bit smaller and unfortunately nothing seemed to have its usual taste. Maybe Covid has affected their supplies.
Best Indian in this area. Chicken vindaloo is very spicy and painful but tasty!!!! Luv it x
Definitely 'Covid-safe' for takeaway now, contrary to the previous review - hand sanitiser at entry, staff kept their distance sensibly. Decent curry too!
