We ordered drumsticks £6 and pumpkin £4, but the quality was very disappointing. The pumpkin was not in a condition to cook, and the drumsticks were not fresh—very slim. It felt like the vegetables were packed without proper quality checks.nnAdditionally, we ordered Diamond brand crab 20£ additionally they add cool pack for 3£,but after placing the order, we were informed it was out of stock. This should have been mentioned on the website beforehand to avoid inconvenience.nnOverall, the experience was frustrating, and we felt misled. Better transparency and quality control are needed to improve customer trust.

Great value loads of choice and cheap.nDelivery is bit delayed but I was very much satisfied with proper packing of each vegetables and the quality.nEspecially the ladies finger, sabre beans were tender not tough as I used to find in other shops.nBetel leaves were fresh.
I've been ordering from Lakshmi stores on and off for the past 5 years. They have the widest variety of Indian groceries and vegetables, at affordable prices. They're packaging leaves no space for complaints as everything is received in perfect condition including the frozen items. Their weekend delivery is also very useful.Their customer support are also very prompt and helpful. Kudos to them and I will be recommending them to more of my friends and acquaintances.
