I'd not used a broker before but James at lakeside secured me a deal better than my bank could and I would definitely use Lakeside again. He managed to arrange the mortgage and dealt with other parties on my behalf - the whole process took 4 weeks, fastest house purchase I've ever experienced.

Very good and very helpful.  I had the good fortune of dealing with Ben, and throughout the whole process he was very professional and very helpful. Very patient  on dealing with the lenders as now and again would through the spanner in the works. I will definitely be using them again, most likely in few months time. Really poor experience with one of the brokers - left me paying for a policy that only did half of what I wanted and still not resolved for 6+ months. Will now look elsewhere to get this rectified and would not use again.
