The worst workplace as far as management and colleagues were concerned, I worked there about 3 years and apart from a hand full of nice people and lovely students, the rest were all acting out of jealousy and are into backstabbing each other, they smile at you, but they never stop backbiting and gossiping behind you. I had a line manageress at the time who has moved up to be the vice principal of the college, which is shocking as she was nothing but a piece of furniture with zero knowledge of leadership or lecturing skills as all her students hated her and were confiding in me about her. She was always hiding behind her plants hence she was called plant woman! I don't know where she is hiding now though! I spoke to the present principal "Chris Nattress (who has managed to increase the staff turnover and bring the college's student and staff retention down drastically since he has moved up to that position) about the discrimination at this workplace, he completely and categorically denied the whole thing and very rudely chucked me out of his office asking me to prove my sayings! I tell you what proves my sayings: Time will tell, and in fact it has already said a lot as we've seen in the local news! You people in charge of this establishment, you have God to answer to! Good luck!”
