Always made very welcome by happy knowledgeable staff, the waiting area clean tidy and made useful by all the pet toys ,leads collars etc.to keep your pets happy. No problems there but the carpark and outside area could be made a little safer and colourful plus possibly a couple of seats for those with unhappy dogs.. Excellent staff with a massive knowledge and reasonable costs and charges more than makes up for it though...Just an observation not a criticism happy days.

This was my first visit and we were made to feel welcome by the friendly staff. Parking is great. Clean, bright reception area and everyone was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My dog is nervous at the vets, but even he appeared to be more comfortable and less stressed than when he's been to other practices. Would highly recommend.

This was our first visit to Lake View having decided to change from a different vets we had been using. We were so impressed our dog was very well looked after everything was explained so well which we have never had before. Nothing was rushed and really felt charlie was important. So glad we changed to Lake View and would recommend highly. Thankyou

Well what can I say? Lakeview vets are absolutely fantastic. I brought my cat in at extremely short notice due to a nasty injury she had sustained that day. They were so understanding of the situation, saw her quickly and advised on the plan of action. They listened to me, were so gentle and caring of my pet and did surgery the same day. I cannot praise the staff enough. Unfortunately I do not know their names, but the lovely lady at the front desk was absolutely fantastic and chatted to me about it all. The lovely vet was a superstar. She explained her thoughts and why she would operate the same day. I was kept informed at all times and reunited with my cat that evening. There are not enough words of praise I can heap on the vet practice or it's staff. They are absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for helping my pet xxx

Ive been using this vets for over 5 years. Was shocked today when I tried to have my new puppy micro chipped and they refuse and said only the breeder can do it.!!! The Puppy didnt come from a registered breeder as I tried to explain.  Rang another vet and they booked me in no problem to have this done and the first set of vacines..nLake view then went on to inform me my Staffy Pup may have to be Eutahanised as an X L as she has quite long legs ... Shocking service this morning !
