Great food and lovely atmosphere. All my 3 children enjoyed it too. We were tempted into trying starters and pudding as well as the main course as there were so many things we wanted to try. Will have to go back again to try the rest!
Service was efficient and friendly. Atmosphere is laid back, casual dress etc. Gets busy not surprisingly so booking is a must.
Fantastic street food joint! Great service and menu selections not found in mainstream eateries. Highly recommended the crispy marituian octopus and pineapple salsa
Overall a great dining experience in terms of the food! Service is just ok the staff could do with learning how to smile and be happy. Crab starter is amazing likewise the curry is great too. Not sure I’d return only because menu is limited but I am glad I tried it.
Delicious, spicy, authentic food. Can't ask for much more! I tasted flavour combinations I've never experienced before in my life, at a very reasonable price too. Service very friendly and fast also.
1st time trying Mauritian food. A slight different twist to Asian indian/pakistani cuisine which we regularly have. Mauritian curries are more tomatoey and the rice is fragrant and fluffy. Will try the starters next time and maybe a seafood dish. Mocktails are refreshing, and the decor and ambience is nice
Absolutely unreal!! I cannot recommend Lakaz Maman more if I tried. The food is incredible! The staff friendly & the service quick & efficient. Oh did I mention the food is ridonkulous?
