Lovely location close to loch lomand, nice and quiet - but facilities were not great. Washing up room and the area around it absolutely stunk - smelt like sewage. Showers and toilets very basic. Hairdryer out of order in ladies showers. EDIT - unable to report to reception as it was shut before we used wash area and hadn’t opened when we left the next day. Smell was so bad it was all around the wash room and decking past it to get to showers anyone leaving reception would have passed it.
Definitely recommending this dog friendly site for anyone looking for an overnight stay. We travelled to this location in our rented motorhome, it was easy to find through the bendy, narrow and quiet roads. It's a lovely and peaceful location, and only a 5min walk away from the shores of Loch Lomond. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful when we arrived. They have the essentials in the shop at reception, which was handy. The facilities were good; hot showers, toilets, chemical toilet waste, grey water and water fill up are all in the same area around reception which was handy. The pitches were spacious and easy to find. We had a hard standing pitch with an electric hook up, and all worked perfectly. The WiFi was good on site. Walkability: Beautiful walk through the RSPB woodland, which hugs the south shore of Loch Lomond. Very peaceful and definitely full of nature.
The campsite was clean, tidy and very peaceful. Upon arrival we were met by a member of staff who was very friendly and helpful, even giving us directions to a nearby walking route. Would definitely decided to pitch up again in the future.Rooms: 5/5
Mon-Wed. If you want an escape to peace, relaxation with awesome scenery and one of the best long dog walks of your life Lagganbeg nails it. You couldn't get closer to Loch Lomond without your feet in the water if you tried. The wee wummin looks like she's not to be trifled with but right away made us feel like we were visiting a favourite Auntie damn near gave her a goodbye hug and if we needed anything just give her a shout. Bring supplies and forget your worries. Spotless facilities. And hoping to go back at least once this season. Love it love it love it and I'm fussy
What a beautiful, quiet, well kept site. I was visiting my nephew as he has a caravan on site. The toilets and laundry area was spotless. Owners are such friendly people, and very welcoming.Location: 5/5
Pleasant site with good toilet and associated facilities and well managed. It's primarily a site for fixed mobile homes and the large hard standing area for campervans is functional. Good place for a stopover if heading further northService: 4/5

A great place to stop. A short walk to the bank of Loch Lomond and the RSPB trail. The facilities are new and clean.Rooms: 5/5
Just left today and I can't thank the staff enough. They are so welcoming and accommodating. I was hesitant to camp so close to Glasgow but was delighted to see a well run site and clean and tidy amenities. You can call staff any time day or night if you have any issues with noise etc and I like that. Been a great few days and can't wait to come back.
Been here twice now, 1st camping then just back from 1 of their cabins. Great campsite within walking distance to the shore and great owners. Toilets and showers were very clean. Cabin is great value for money so is their pitch for tents. Will definitely be back and recommend this place.Hotel highlightsGreat view, Quiet, Great value
