Went to the library to study and have a quiet space. The lady behind the counter was anything but quiet. Shouting at people attending the library. Her friend popping for a nice loud chat for over 20 minutes about how she's expected to get people in the library but what was she supposed to do drag them in people just want to use the toilet and slating her boss and the nearby school. Very rude to a lady with obvious learning difficulties who asked for help. Overall, appalling unprofessional behaviour. No wonder no one is using the library there!
A small, friendly, well run local library. The staff here are knowledgeable, efficient, and always most welcoming and kind to my children who absolutely adore it here. A highlight of our week is to pop in and refresh the little ones' book stashes and then nip to the bakery next door! Everybody that can, should absolutely pop in and make use of our fantastic little library so that this wonderful community resource is not lost.
