City centre Coventry is a great place to be, open spaces for kids to run about and play... Majestic cathedral with a view, and as the bells chime every hour, lady Godiva can be seen on a horse... On the wall..must visit
Coventry is a historic city good if u like cathedrals
The square is very vibrant and full of high street shops, cafés and restaurants. There was a very nice saxophone playing busker adding to the ambiance. The number of homeless peopl and others who were clearly affected By substance abuse really saddened me.
An absolute must for any trip to Coventry. In the main square these days.
Beautiful statue of Lady Godiva. Peeping Tom, in the clock tower, was not working when I visited.
