This room was very expensive and was listed as one of their deluxe rooms, which it very well may have been 5 years ago. The room was tired, not very clean and there was a constant low level on off noise throughout the night. Had this not been part of a Christmas gift from my husband, I would and really should have complained. I mentioned it on our departure, so hopefully some action will have been taken. The breakfast was very good, but expensive at 20.00 per head.
Stayed in a cozy double. Very snug but really what more do you need? Rooms do look a little tired, however, they’re reasonably priced, there’s a convenient pub for drinks next door that serves pizza 24 hours to you room and the room was clean. Bed was comfy and I slept well. There was an extractor fan outside the window that didn’t bother me as I like a bit of white noise but it did wake others in my party up. Overall I would recommend as it’s a convenient location.
Absolutely ideal place to stay, rooms were decent and dog friendly, stayed 2 nights and had the breakfast which was decent enough. The little pub attached is really quite charming with good set of beers on tap. Bed were comfy and staff really welcoming. would stay againRooms: 5/5
Lovely hotel in a really great location. On the same street as Nottingham Contemporary and the National Justice museum and round the corner from the City of Caves. A bar on site and excellent condition and decor. Only slight downside was a lack of temperature control in the room and it was on the warm side for me.
I stayed in the suite for my wedding, staff were friendly and accommodating. Changed bedding and provided extra towels on request. Staff at breakfast upon hearing it was my wedding day, went above and beyond to make sure my wedding party and I were well catered for. Very cosy and relaxed atmosphere, would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone needing a Nottingham city centre hotel.
Amazing hotel. Beautiful!!! Staff are welcoming. Just double check the breakfast options. Coming back 100% Rooms: Spacious and beautiful. Mini prices with items and prices. Walkability: I parked at lace Market carpark and it was a very easy walk. Even if you walk from motorpoint arena, it's really easy and 5mins. Noteworthy details: Staff are amazing!!! The customer service was amazing especially on reception. Any questions, issues or miscommunications were dealt with politely and in a way that kept the situation calm. I asked for directions. And about the breakfast menu, as i misunderstood and if they had any other hotels other than this one
Great hotel, good breakfast ,clean rooms and friendly staff also very well placed for nightlife and we would definitely stay here again. Rooms: Great rooms with tea making facilities Nearby activities: Very central for sightseeing and nightlife but hotel is in a nice quiet spot.
We were going for afternoon tea and when we went to the hotel we went to the reception and no one was there, we rang the doorbell 4 times and no one approached, we waited over 20 mins in the reception and no one ever come to attend us. We went the 2nd time thinking it was a coincidence and same thing happened, no one approached. We went into the restaurant to seek help and the manager were very rude, shouting at my family and I without any explanation. We will not coming back and we advice everyone to avoid this hotel. Apoling service
Had a lovely stay here. Although we did ask to change our pillows as the ones we had were very hard memory foam. Reception said they would see to it but they were not changed, so sleep wasn't great.Hotel highlightsGreat value
Really nice hotel, excellent staff and lovely breakfast. Located within walking distance of pretty much everything.
