Went here last night for a 40th birthday meal. There were 13 of us. We pre ordered our food choices after reading the reviews about slow service thinking this would help. Table was booked for 7pm and the food started coming out at 8.30! One dish was sent back 4 times because it was stone cold, some dishes didn't arrive at all. We sat waiting for our drinks for 40 minutes while the manager and staff were smoking outside. 3 tables near us left without paying. The food was inedible and most dishes were cold. We would strongly suggest you go anywhere but here.
Overall experience was good. Very friendly staff and good service. However the chef forgot to include 2 vital ingredients in the Superfood Salad, namely Kale & Pineapple. The Sangrila was very nice & refreshing. Having a Spanish waitress made the experience all the more authentic.
I turned up at approximately 7 o'clock Ordered food by 7:30 Took until 8:10 for food arrive which was not too bad. Unfortunately when my food arrived it was stone cold Steve Austin!!! It was so cold the ice cream was probably warmer!! HOWEVER, this was not the only issue at 8:11 I ordered more drinks as I was thirsty due to the spicy ness of the meatballs. It took until 8:39 for the drinks to arrive which was shocking. Very very upset and demoralised as I felt rejected. I was such a
Very nice menu a lot of the tapas were delicious, the service was good and the restaurant is quite nice. Some of the food was quite bland for my taste especially the Paella that was quite a let down, otherwise very enjoyable. Would visit again.
This La Tasca has food to race about. It's Spanish food with their own twist. Service was excellent too. Will be going again.
I went with a friend recently and also with my family with 3 children The new menu is great and lots to offer The famous paella and fish/vegetarian options were tasty and freshly served with good portion size The desserts-churros need I say more..Tasty ..we all tucked in ..now a fovourute with my kids Thanks to all the staff and the new management -so friendly and helpful ..will definitely go again !!
Went here after going skiing it was midweek and really quiet only one other couple but the food was still really good quality and the one staff member was friendly.
Always consistent. Good atmosphere. You can't go wrong here.
