What a cracking little Cafe La Strada is in Frome. I had ordered a Doorstep Bacon and Sausage sandwich for my lunch. It was so tasty and the amount of Sausage and bacon you get is incredible it's completely filled. The staff here are excellent with sorting peoples orders and friendly. Even when I moved to a different table it was cleared for me before I managed to sat down. I definitely would come again as of my experience and way you get treated is excellent.
Cute little cafe in Frome with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They do all day breakfast until 3pm at least when we visited and they had a large ice-cream selection too. Perfect for a meal with coffee and then some ice-cream to go. Everything was little on the expensive side but it was a good experience with a pleasant atmosphere.
Honestly the best croissant I’ve had! Super fresh and soft, would recommend. : Chocolate one especially! The iced mocha is also very nice.
Excellent breakfast and superb coffee. Veggie and full English breakfast were great. The sausages were top notch. The bread comes from a bakery next door and was beautiful. Thoroughly reccomend. Vegetarian options: Several options but you need to ask. Veggie breakfast was one of the best I have had.
Visited on day when Frome market was happening so quite busy in the whole town. Located at the top of a small pedestrian street, a bit quieter than the main road. Really enjoyed the bacon doorstep sandwich and affogato. Staff were really efficient, managing to serve and delivering the food really quickly. Good selection of gelato, cakes and sandwiches.
We only popped in for some ice cream. I had a double scoop of pistachio and sea buckthorn in a cone. Really enjoyable.
Wonderful location at the top of Cheap street with spaces inside and out. Great coffees served quickly in cups that keep your drinks hot! A great place to people watch !
Have been a couple of times before, but today was the first time we had a meal. Beautifully presented, poached egg was perfectly cooked, salmon, crushed avocado and sourdough toast all delicious! The seabuckthorn icecream was also tasty! The staff are all pleasant. They also sell handmade chocolates and various continental goodies. Highly recommend.
Coffee, pastry pastel del nata and a beef/sauerkraut toastie. All absolutely lovely served by really helpful staff. We sat outside and soaked up the cafe culture . Top spot to watch the world go by whilst enjoying great coffee. Loved it
Quite cramped. Mocha was sadly tasteless. Did question whether it had any coffee in it. Was given a fresh glass... however still couldn't taste any coffee.
