All meals are home-made, with breakfast specials and rolls made fresh to order.
Home-made steak pies are available to take-away in a range of sizes everyday! Steak pies are also made ready for collection in the lead up to Christmas and New Year... orders being taken now!

First time visit today.. By accident! As other places closed.. And boy what a happy accident it was! Will definitely be back!!! Food was delicious and fresh.. Loads of gluten free options for my friend too
Great service, lovely serving staff and fabulous breakfasts, they also do delicious vegetarian food. Thry recently started opening for evening meals. Either a selection of tapas type dishes or some lovely mains. Can't recommend highly enough. Some of the best good I have eaten in the town for quite some time.
This cafe offers the best variety of coffee. The decaf is excellent without being told you wouldn’t notice it was one. The food is excellent vegetarian offers are great. It is so popular I have found it fully booked once not something you will find at Costa or Starbucks that shows the quality of Roots & Seeds.
Never been before but I'm so glad that I did! Smaller menu but the quality of items are second to none. So delicious and packed with flavours! Staff were really sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!
Very friendly to us all especially Alba the dog who loved the sausage given to her by the staff. Our tea and cakes were lovely. Down on holiday, cafe chosen because of the good reviews on food and for being dog friendly.

I went to Roots & Seeds for the first time breakfast today, there were so many options for gluten free that I felt spoiled for choice. The service was good, freshly made delicious food & friendly staff. I'll definitely be back!
