For well over 30 years La Rosetta has always been our local go to restaurant, as it has for many of our neighbours. You are always guaranteed a warm welcome by Danny and the team and the food and levels of service never disappoints. Even if you eat on your own, somehow they never make you feel alone. It really is a bit of a Brentford institution! Last night we were walk-ins at about 7pm and despite both sides of the restaurant being pretty much fully booked with a number of large tables already seated, they managed to sort us a table for two. As always the food was well cooked and presented. Love their home-made bread and last night the Vitello Paillard gilled veal with lemon and butter sauce and grilled salmon also with a lemon and butter sauce, both were excellent. Also shared the Torte della Nonna short pastry filled with lemon flavoured custard cream ooohhhh so good. Thank you for being such a great place to come and eat, the whole team are fantastic and hopefully you will enjoy your Christmas Break. We very much look forward to enjoying more meals in 2023
The best restaurant for quality food, service and atmosphere. Not halal, but there's a huge range of fish dishes and vegetarian dishes to choose from, so I'm always spoilt for choice. Staff are super helpful. The spaghetti vongole seafood spaghetti is a must try!Food: 5/5
We've been going here now and then since we moved nearby a few years back. It's always been friendly and buzzy but on recent trips the quality of the food has gone up a level, so the entire experience is now very enjoyable. In warm weather they open out onto the Market Place Brentford Town Square which makes it great for people with young children. We went there with our older grandchildren recently. The staff were great, the food delicious, the wine fine and we all had a good time.
Flying solo for work and needed a quick bite to eat, saw that the place was packed so in I go. Shocking how great the food was, I’m struggling to remember as good an Italian meal outside Italy. Staff were very friendly and attentive, I might have to eat here every day while I’m here.
Came here for a family evening meal. Service was a little slow. I had whitebait and then veal for main course. Both were good, but nothing special. My wife had prawn cocktail and then chicken which she thought were average. That’s the reason for the average rating.
Just wanted to share our beautiful evening out, here. We all enjoyed very much, and especially our dinners, from starter to pudding, they all were sooo tasty, and very generous portions. The owner, manager, and all staff, they are very kind, beautiful people, and they make sure you have a great time in there. Thank you Geo for the wonderful service you offered us! Can't wait for next time
I tried this place for the first time after walking past it on several work trips and im so glad i did. Feels like a rustic, family place and really smells amazing when you walk in. I had the pizza with wild brocolli and italian sausage because i would never think to order brocolli on a pizza and it was amazing. The crust in particular was light and fluffy yet crispy on the outside. I will be back again on future work trips.
Very nice place. Very authentic. Food was nice. And the staff were greatFood: 4/5
Very good pizzas and desserts. Pleasant service. I recommend
We were here with 4 friends. Everyone really enjoyed their meals and the service was friendly, helpful and efficiency. There were olives on the table when we arrived and, once we requested water, it was refilled regularly. My calves' liver with sage was truly delicious and just the right quantity for me. The ice cream selection was more varied than is often the case and I enjoyed the ones I tried. Coffees could be decaff. or regular. The price was fair for the quality, at about £40 per person including some drinks and automatically added service charge. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pasta, pizza, starters... Kid-friendliness: Two children present. Dietary restrictions: Seemed to cater for whatever was required as all freshly cooked, and I was able to avoid some items to which I am intolerant , but best to check first?
