Double booked my wife’s appointment and did not pay attention at all during the haircut! The man who cut her hair asked and showed that he would cut off no more than an inch of hair and ended up cutting off almost 3, leaving her hair so much shorter than asked for. If double bookings occur please be transparent with the customer that you have done so rather than try to fit both haircuts into one booking, I feel this wouldn’t have happened if the appointment wasn’t so rushed. It will now take some time to grow back what was cut, first and last time coming here
Quick and efficient. I had a quick shampoo and haircut there for £23 and I finished in a little more than half an hour. The service is good, though not the best. You can't ask for more for the price and speed of the service. I recommend to call ahead before you go so as to see if it's opened. At the time I'm writing, it's close on Wednesdays.

Fantastic hairdresser's, been going for a long time, I trust them with my very thick hair, they understand my hair! Every now and again I try somewhere but else but always return there. They are not intrusive which I like, it's a comfortable place to go. May not be a 'fancy' place, but they know hair. Highly recommended.
I never asked for the hairdresser to thin my hair. However she started doing that out of nowhere.. All I wanted were layers but with my previous thick hair. Is that so much to ask for... Nice haircuts although i went once and the female employee ruined my hair and it had to be fixed by the owner- and i still was asked to pay! My sister and myself both go there, we went within the same week but different times for the same cut length etc and were both charged different prices. Lady owner seems to charge different prices, it was £20, then £30 then £25... all for the same thing.
I used to go here regularly it was my favourite place to have my hair done...until 3 months ago. I always used to have my hair done by the same stylist I dont know her name but she is Iranian - really good and would recommend however the last time i had a different stylist and she completely RUINED my hair. Burnt to a crisp!! She used no heat protection on my hair and used ancient non-ceramic hair straighteners!!!! I walked out with completely fried hair from a fresh cut. Not realising how bad it was until I got home, I panicked and washed my hair hoping that it would fix the problem but the damage was done. When i went back to tell her what she had done she flat out denied it and told me it was MY fault my hair had burned. I have been using straighteners since i was 12 i am now 29 and NEVER had this problem until she touched my hair. 3 months on my hair fries as the slightest touch of heat despite cutting it twice since then. I will never go back to this place again.
Always friendly staff, very competitive reasonable price! To my surprise It is cheaper than similar likes of Birmingham and Manchester! Child friendly too, in case you didn’t know!
