La Maternelle truly is a lovely place to work. During my time there the staff were all so supportive despite it being my first time working in a nursery setting. The management team are wonderful and it’s a very professional, caring environment.nThe hours were too long in my opinion, but other than that from an employee’s perspective I really can’t fault the company :
I have worked for this company for 7 years and I have never worked at a setting that care and treat the staff so well. We have monthly treats and termly team building experiences.nAlso we have a employee assistance program that supports your mental health and wellbeing.nI highly recommend working for this company as the care of the children and employees is really the best I have experienced.
Fantastic nursery with amazing staff. My little girl started here in April and absolutely loves it. The staff have not only been great at helping her settle in so quickly but also been so kind looking after an emotional first time mummy. The communication of how she's getting on, what food she's been trying, activities she's liked and photos for those all important memories has also been excellent.
The thought of leaving my daughter to return back to work full time was extremely hard!nThe whole team at la Maternelle Sandbach have been OUTSTANDING to say the least. My daughter has been attending now for just one month and is already incredibly happy and settled.nHaving previously worked in a nursery setting as part of the management team I had a tough time finding a nursery that I felt happy with, as soon as I entered la Maternelle I instantly loved it, such a homely setting with warm and caring staff.nThank you girls!
La Maternelle really are head and shoulders above other nurseries in the area. Before the pandemic, the setting was closed due to a very unfortunate event and they excelled in supporting families then again during the pandemic. Our boys have only ever come home happy and excited to show or tell us about their day. They make lots of friendships, learn new things every day, experience new things every day and demonstrate development steps directly because of La Maternelle.
