OMG...this is the best Patisserie EVER! Their pain aux almond and chocolate is incredible and brilliant value as I don't need to eat for the rest of the day. Highly recommended
I am short of words to describe how amazing their pain au chocolats and croissants are!nn-absolute quality, If I were to choose a boulangerie or patisserie, this is uncanny place to be.nn-their sandwiches and pastries are delicious, try for yourself.nnIf my words doesn’t do justice to the place maybe my pictures will.nnA big YES to this place!
Visited here for the first time this morning. On a very gloomy Sunday. I had read the reviews last night and will always travel for a recommendation especially of an almond croissant. Up early and arrived at 8:10amnTo add the to pleasure the windows were all steamed up so I couldn’t see inside, upon entering the aroma of freshly baked goods was wonderful and I was greeted by a helpful assistant.nI ordered:n2x Praline and pistachio croissantsn1 x Pain au Suissen1x Almond croissantn1x Lemon drizzle slicen1x Croque Monsieurn2 x Pain au Chocolatn1 x BaguettennWe don’t live too far away so brought it home and so far my review is for the croque monsieur and the Almond CroissantnnThe almond croissant is huge, lovely flaky pastry smothered in almonds with a delicious soft almondy centre.nnThe Croque Monsieur was on sourdough which made it taste even nicer and helped to retain the heat on the drive home, filled with cheese and ham a great traditional french delicacy.nIn all I would highly recommend visiting here, like all good bakeries go earlier rather than later for the best selection.nOnly one downside and that is the parking, if you’re travelling by car and you are able might be best to park at Waitrose on Park Lane and only a couple of minutes walk to here.
Gorgeous pastries! I had an almond and chocolate croissant and a chai latte to go and they were both divine - wish I lived closer!
A Friday treat at it's finest. The sausage rolls are the best I've ever had. Don't even start me on the lemon meringue they are amazing. Superb coffee too, I'm quite pleased I have to travel to get here otherwise I would be bankrupt.
