Terrible, doesn't rate one star The Waitress was great. The food and was poor and microwaved, not hot enough, pizza dough was soggy, the bottles of Peroni Lager was the best thing in there. The toilet was dirty the water feature had stopped pumping and the water pool in it had green algae in it. Stay away - I spoke to a local about it and he said it keeps going because of the tourist that use it. The locals don't We should have left as one of us suggested before we ordered. We didn't take out coats off because it was cold in there
Dire experience. still eating starter when main arrived! ordered chicken diablo got turkey. my partners main was still frozen in the middle , so not cooked from fresh. And to top it all one waitress was completely off her head on drugs shocking !!!!!!!!!
Appalling half cooked starter, the main was a barely edible gristle steak covered in luke warm chopped tomatoes. My side never arrived, the waitress reported the old chef had decided to see if I'd notice as he forgot to cook it. Tried to just pay the bill, ended up in a huge argument with the owner. Got to the point I was just going to walk out as he wouldn't let me pay and I was embarrassed. He tried to add a random £6 to the bill at that point as I'd asked for £3 off of it for the random veg that arrived which I hadn't touched. Guess he thought I wouldn't notice again. DON'T EAT HERE. I live here btw, Apparently it's a pretty common experience.
Excellent pasta dish and the freshly made garlic bread was devine. All in all a good experience and we would definitely recommend it.
Had an excellent meal wonderful atmosphere, authentic italian food, recommended to friends & family.
Lovely little place tucked away. Went with a group, food was lovely no complaints from anyone.
