Food 10/10 Price 10/10 Customer service 9/10 Busy place but the food is worth the wait. One of the best paellas we have ever had, maybe better than Bibo’s!
This place was fantastic. It was that good we went twice. I really recommend the tapas. The staff are friendly and helpful that helps create a good atmosphere.
Lovely atmosphere, relaxed and authentic tapas and Mediterranean inspired cuisine. Worth trying the tapas dishes with family or friends. Staff clued up on allergens and specifically gluten free dining for a coeliac
Delicious paella. I had the seafood paella and the fish was all very fresh and tasty, and the rice had a lovely flavour. Service was very friendly and the restaurant had a lively friendly atmosphere with Spanish music playing. They also managed to fit us in at short notice. I would definitely go back.
La Casita offers a reasonably authentic Spanish dining experience but there are a few caveats, cheif among these being the way the owner responds to negative reviews - not even an ounce of professionalism. Absolutely disgraceful. The food was, on average, not too bad. Our starters arrived quickly and were very delicious, however the same can't be said of our mains. My lamb skewer was £25 and came with a single lamb skewer with a small, rather uninteresting salad, two very tiny dips and a serving of very average fries. If I had paid maybe 15 to 18 quid for the meal I might have been satisfied, however the £25 price tag set slightly higher expectations. The lamb was quite dry and overcooked and there wasn't nearly enough sauce to make up for it. Overall, not worth anything like the £25. My partners margherita pizza was bland and very uninteresting. Granted, it's a very basic pizza but that's no excuse for an unseasoned pizza sauce and bland dough base. The pizza left much to be desired. Finally, the dessert wasn't much better. A very dry cake with a rather uninteresting scoop of ice-cream that failed to save it. Overall, the food would be tenable if not for it's high price tags. A £25 main course is a high bar, and sadly La Casita missed the mark on this one.
What a fantastic time we’ve had! Our waitress, Natalie was just fabulous. She was so great with the kids which makes such a difference when we go out. With 8 adults and 10 children, things can get crazy! The food was amazing. Compliments to the chef!
Visited with my wife for our anniversary. Great food, full of flavours and good quality. Staff were also very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. I would recommend booking as this place can get very busy. Value for money is spot on for the quality. Look forward to visiting again when I’m back in the area.Recommended dishesCrab Claws, Paella Pollo, Patron Peppee, Garlic Prawns, Marisco
Just the most amazing tapas we’ve ever tasted! Gorgeous atmosphere, food and great service. Could not ask for more and will certainly be back ………… Edit - returned after 1 week to round off our holiday and tried pizza and paella this time and it was equally as delicious. Now one of our all time favourite restaurants! Just wish it was closer to home
This place is amazing, the paella is insane: the flavours were so authentic and was full of different tastes. Truly the best paella I’ve ever had, even better than some from Spain! This restaurant is so good, from the decor to the polite workers. It is a place I really recommend!
Always love this restaurant when we visit the area. Authentic Spanish Tapas.Food: 5/5
