Love this piece, food is lovely and it feels more like an Italian restaurant then half the places I ever went to in Rome.
Decidedly average I'm afraid. Menu unimaginative, decor dated, dessert menus need retiring and replacing. Food average, service ok, meals came out at different times, not offered parmesan. When you reflect you had better pasta cooked at home....why pay for it.

The Food was OK, not overpriced. However the staff sbd owner seriously need to take a look at their service skills and attitude. Its not what I expect from a quality Italian family style restaurant. It felt like we were not welcome tbh. Sorry but I will not return under the current management.
Had a beautiful meal as a birthday treat for our grandaughter the food was first class as it all ways is. Till our next visit Thanks everyone at La Capanna
Great atmosphere great food always
It's OK. The food is nice. However I find the place a little crowded. With tables etc. Service is good. No beer on tap though nothing on draft really everything is in bottles.
Food was excellent and the service, very nice atmosphere. Was able to talk to friends very easy without having to shout like being at home. Really nice evening all round.
