La Cantina

This restaurant didnt look like much from outside but i am glad i went in. The owner & staff are very friendly and their food is very tasty with reasonable prices. I had the gammon steak which was served with pineapple, fried egg, roasted veggies and oven potatoes. The portion was massive and the gamon had the perfect balance of sweet & salty taste. They also have a lavazza espresso machine with freshly ground beans and they make a decent cappuccino! I would recommend going here for a coffee instead of the costa or nero nearby.

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Great tasting food and good value for a cafe that offers a wide range of food across breakfast, lunch and dinner. Perfect for 2-4 people.

A traditional Italian style restaurant, with a warm welcome, excellent service and a good menu. Everything we had reflected the overall quality apparent throughout our visit.

Went here for meal last night 5/7/17.. 9 of us food was fantastic staff very friendly and attentive.. Chef did an amazing job every meal starter and dessert came out beautifully presented every meal was hot not one complaint.. Lovely choice of wines it was also very clean.. Waitress was so lovely smiled all night and service was fab... Thank you for a lovely evening we will definitely be returning... Highly recommended this restaurant for a great night out... Oh and the price of the food was great too.. Manager is doing a great job.

Small, friendly, lots of regulars. Good food, great service. If you love fresh sardines or seafood risotto this is the place!

New management and new name THE KITCHEN by Marco. Great Improvement on the previous proprietor. Good place for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee and cake.

Came here for lunch with my nana this afternoon,it was reasonably priced and excellent value for money. The staff are friendly with all and couldn't doubt thier service,thank you!

Went to here for anniversary dinner, very good quality food and the staff and the manager were excellent.

We visit on a regular basis, the food is excellent and fresh and the staff are delightful.
