Nice meal out at with great tasting food and friendly staff, couldn't fault the food or service

I went here on a Saturday night to catch up with some friends I hadn't seen in a while.  The atmosphere was nice and quiet, something people forget to appreciate. The food was as expected my only criticism was the menu was varied but items that were a particular type of meal weren't varied enough, the calzone had two options? They tasted great but would have liked a few different flavours.

Table booked for 10 last night,  sat down at 7pm,  awful service ,  hardly any staff,  waited ages to be served for drinks,  forgot 2 of my drinks,  mains came out as they were clearing the plates from the starters ,  waited an age for the desert menu,  then tried to charge us £40 service charge!!  Took that off ,  I wouldn't have minded paying that if they'd come to our table to see if we were happy and offered any drinks we might have wanted ,  while we were waiting for drinks that hadn't been served I noticed the manager i think he was the manager  stuffing his face behind the bar ,  we were in there for 3 hrs ,  it wasn't even busy!!!

I visited this Zizzi's again, just the other day, and it was really good and what a difference from when I visited before... and a special thanks to the waitress Fibe sorry for my spelling she was friendly and super efficient.

Lovely Staff... Good food.. Ist pic is the delicious Rustica Smoky chirozo - a mix of chirozo salami, torn pork, baby slow roast tomatoes, smoked mozarella&wild boar meatballs  2nd pic is the World famous Rustica sofia - made up of Pepperoni, Mozarella, Sliced rosquito peppers, crumbled chirozo sausage&spicy roasted chicken

Over priced  Cheese soufflé to start was average Chicken Milanese tasted like frozen chicken nugget Calzone hardly any filling Bolegnese fries harley meaty tasted like warmed up baby food mushed on top :/ Not good at all

No heating. Received hot pasta with cold prawns. No offer of any other drinks and slow service where they mixed up the order massively. Would not go back.Food: 1/5

Nice vegan Jackfruit pizza. Great service.  Would have been 5* if less oil had been used. I'll ask next time.
