First time at MAC, but a friend said I must go get my makeup done for a speaking gig I got to do. Place was clean. Things are pricey, but it's MAC. Robert did my makeup and listened to my needs and concerns about what I needed done. He was professional, helpful, and helped me relax before my talk that went well! Pics enclosed if curious. $60 of product for free makeup application
A+ experience ! The gentleman helped me with "back2mac" items . He helped with the best shades for my skintone & was super friendly .
I had a really good experience with Tiffany ! I came in last minute to get my makeup done and she was very professional and kind. She walked me through all of the steps as she did my make up and it came out so nice!!
Here on a Saturday at 8pm and the store is closed. Lights off doors locked closed! The entire mall is open except the Mac store! Came all the way down here to buy a gift card and the store is closed! WTH???? Seriously?!!! Dec 28th the mall is packed with shoppers. Online says this store is open until 10pm. Just wow.
