Fix Auto High Wycombe has the slowest service I’ve experienced ever. They got in touch with me roughly 5 weeks ago asking about the damage to my car, I sent pictures back which they asked for straight away. It’s taken them 5 weeks to get back to me asking to bring the car in. In that time I have had the car fixed at two separate garages and had the MOT done. Don’t bother. It was a trusted garage by Admiral, only reason J first got in touch with them.

I fixed my car here due to an insurance claim against another driver. They had to paint / repair front passenger door but they’ve done the driver side in 5/7 days … then did the passenger door in 1/2 days so … just thinking of the quality of work… and bonus the parking release button was broken… even 1 star its way to much

My car ended up here due to an insurance claim against another driver. They had to repair my front left part of my car fixing the bodywork.  After I got my car back, I checked it in for its MOT which it failed due to the part they “fixed”. Luckily I knew the people at the garage and they fixed it properly for me. I also found a car part in my boot which I found very strange. I don’t recommend this garage

Had a passenger door repair done under insurance in Aug/Sep 2017 - very efficient, I thought. Two weeks ago, I discovered that the same door was refusing to lock. Got it checked at the local Nissan dealer, who identified the fact that the door had been repaired and pointed out that the lock had not been reconnected afterwards! So I've been driving around for nearly 18 months with an insecure car - thanks...

I had my Audi A6 repaired by this garage. The standard of work was very good and completed within the timescale given. The staff were very professional and friendly. Recommended

Bad labor, and overall bad experience. I had to bring the car a second time since the repair was done soo poorly. They are a big franchise business with lots of certifications, usual bells and whistles and 10's of cars stacked in front of the workshop. Could be one of the reasons for low quality and staff lacking responsibility. I certainly don't recommend.

Excellent customer service, Very pleased with the work done and the car was thoroughly spotless when returned

LFG was super professional, waited for me late on a Friday to pick up my car and extremely accommodating!

Disappointed that things went missing from my written off car. Very little integrity in their business and/or staff
