Beautiful, relaxed cafe. I ordered the Oreo cheesecake which was delicious and extremely filling. Also ordered a latte which was much bigger than I expected: a bonus. Also liked the 'ornate' glass it came in. The staff are absolutely wonderful: so friendly & helpful. Liked the marble tables and the w/c!. First experience of a L'ETO cafe & I loved it: thank you!
Great location for a coffee break in-between shopping. Place has and outdoor seating but be mindful of the smokers if you choose to be outdoors to soak up the sun. Cakes by the window are well presented and not to be missed. Rhubarb and pistachio tart was light and Mango and coconut cake was spongy and flavourful. Staff polite however service was slow especially if dining outdoors.
Ambiance: 3.5/5 situated right beside bond street station, the vibe is great along with all the shops and cafes nearby Taste: 2.5/5 Ordered the pistachio-petals cake, decent taste and portion size, a bit overpriced but then you’re also paying for the brand if that makes ppl feel better but not worth it. Service: 1/5: Staff seems to entitled to serve and isn’t aware of being courteous, feels like they’re trained to behave indefinitely and condescending as the other reviews highlighted. The server that seated us was shocked that we didn’t order much. We asked for water when we sat and got it after we finished eating and paid the bill right before we were leaving. The most disgusting part was a loud announcement by the manager to the street when we asked for removal of optional service charge as we were thoroughly disappointed the horrendous tipping entitlement culture from US is seeping here in UK as well. Overall in-spite of having the famous milk cake the experience left a bitter taste in our mouths. NOT recommended
We were skeptical about this place when we first sat down..but it exceeded our expectations! We had a small missunderstanding with the taste of the soup, but the manager dealt with the issue amazingly..calm..professional..and eager to help. Our waitress, Kashish, also provided us with professionalism and a lovely smile, making everything better than it was. The best linguini with prawns and fresh tasty deserts! I wish everyone could be served by Kashish..keep ur smile up!

I heard so much about their dessert especially the milk cake. I came here and I ordered a pistachio milk cake. But I think, they are treating me in a really wrong way. I feel they judged people by their look or what they are wearing. Firstly, they serve me really messy milk cake and the staff behaviour is not at all polite. About the food, that's completely best. But they have to know that they are in the food business where behaviour equally matters.. I will never visit again.

What a fantastic experience! The food and cakes here are absolutely delicious, but the true star of the day was our waitress, her name is Aroob. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her service made an already great meal unforgettable. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
